  • HACCP Certification (International HACCP Alliance) 

    This two-day course covers the seven principles of HACCP and their practical application in a food production environment. It is essential for QA managers, supervisors, and anyone on your HACCP team. Participants receive a certificate with the official International HACCP Alliance seal.

  • FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCQI Certification)

    This 2.5-day course is the FDA-recognized standardized curriculum for becoming a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). Having a PCQI is a mandatory FSMA requirement for most food processing facilities. This person is responsible for developing and overseeing the facility's food safety plan.

  • Better Process Control School (BPCS)

    This comprehensive course is mandatory for operators of processing systems for low-acid and acidified canned foods, as required by the FDA and USDA. The course covers the principles of thermal processing, container closure evaluation, and acidification procedures to ensure the safety of canned and bottled products.
