How to Submit Samples for Testing

All samples submitted to the NMSU Food Safety Lab must be accompanied by the Sample Submission form below.

Samples must be clearly labeled with the product and company names.

Shipping

Samples can be hand delivered or shipped to:

Samples must be shipped through UPS or FedEx. We will not receive samples shipped through USPS.

All samples that require refrigeration or freezing, must be delivered at the appropriate temperature.
